Refund policy

The returns and refunds policy of Freight BnB is quite simple. You may be entitled to a partial refund of your amount if you apply for a refund within a 30-day period of formally availing of the services of the company. You may be entitled to a complete refund if you apply for the same before the 30-day window starts. Every refund will be subject to various conditions and the terms of use mentioned on the agreement/contract that you have signed with Freight BnB.

Any information, insights, products, material, both promotional and educational that you may have provided to the company will be returned to you completely intact and in its original form. The same shall apply to you if you intend to terminate the contract and apply for a refund within the return and refund window.

Any information, critical material, company details, business plan, and relevant insights that Freight BnB may have shared with you shall be returned to us completely intact and in its original form. Failure to do so and not being able to abide by the returns policy of the company shall result in the termination of the contract and all its terms and conditions immediately. In such a situation, you may not be entitled to any refund whether partial or complete. The documents, insights, data, and other information shared by you, however, will be returned to you in their original form.

In case you are not satisfied with any of the services or products, solutions, or recommendations made to you by the representatives, agents, employees, and associates of the company, you shall inform your project manager about the same.

The necessary arrangements will be made to dissolve the contract upon your request immediately. The amount that is due will be refunded to you within a 30-day period through the original payment method that was chosen by you at the commencement of the agreement.
